Design-build and garden care in La Verne, San Dimas, Claremont and Glendora

First we walk your yard. Then you get a written scope.

On the first visit we check sun, soil, drainage, slope and access on foot. You get a written scope with planting, irrigation, exclusions and payment stages, drawn around your water, your slope and your HOA.

A new garden, or care for the one you have.

Design-build

We plan planting, paths and irrigation around sun, drainage and how you use the yard, then build it.

  • Drought-tolerant planting

Maintenance

We agree a visit schedule with you for pruning, seasonal cleanup and irrigation checks, and write down what each visit covers.

  • Pruning
  • Seasonal cleanup
  • Irrigation checks

Routine maintenance gardening does not need a C-27 license. New construction does, and we show the number.

Questions

What people ask before the walk.

  • Can you replace my lawn with drought-tolerant planting?

A site walk checks sun, soil, drainage and irrigation. Plant choices and spacing belong in the written scope. A planting plan alone promises no particular water saving.

  • Do you offer maintenance as well as a new garden?

Choose maintenance on the quote request, then agree the visit frequency and tasks in writing.

  • How long would a new garden take?

A schedule follows the site walk and the agreed scope. Access, approvals, materials and planting season affect it.

  • Can you help with HOA approval or a turf rebate?

Ask about drawings for your HOA. Check turf program eligibility with your water agency before removing lawn; a rebate is never assumed.
